Your Repairs

  • How do I know that my cars' repairs are going to be carried out to a high standard of workmanship by Craig Howser Panelbeaters Ltd?
    We employ fully qualified trades people who understand that our business is about providing and maintaining high standards of repair and safety workmanship. We guarantee that we do not cut corners whilst carrying out the repairs to your vehicle, nor do we compromise the safety of your vehicle while performing these repairs. Our objective has always been to maintain high standards in our deliverance.
    By being active members of the NZ Collision Repair Association we can support these claims, as to become a member of this association and retain membership status, we are required to operate our business to a high standard, and this standard is monitored by the NZCRA, by way of inspections and audits that are carried out by them, on a regular basis.
  • How long will you need my car to carry out its repairs?
    This will vary, depending on the severity of the damage to your vehicle and the parts needed to complete the repairs. Once we have determined these two factors after assessing your vehicles damage, we can then give you an accurate completion date.
  • Will you contact me when it is ready?
    Yes, we will keep you informed with regular updates as to the progress of your repairs.
  • Will my car be safe while it is in your workshop?
    Yes, all steps are taken by our fully qualified tradesmen to ensure that your car is looked after whilst in our care, and we have a secure, fully alarmed workshop, which your vehicle will be stored in, after normal working hours of operation.
  • Can you pick up/deliver my car to me at my home or place of work?
    Yes – for your convenience, we can arrange to come to you.
